How soon can you deliver new sources?
Normal delivery time is 30 days after receipt of orders, although faster delivery is possible upon request.

How do I return old spent sources?
Call 865-392-1505 or email us at the address shown above to let us know what sources you wish to return. We'll prepare the return shipping paperwork for you at no charge and help you with preparing the shipping containers if necessary.

Who uses your sources now?
Our sources are in use in many PET centers around the world. Contact us and we'll be glad to supply a list of references.
